Dubbed Airtel 5G Plus, the telecom operator is offering 5G in eight cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Siliguri, Varanasi, and Nagpur.
Airtel has started 5G services in this city and users will be able to enjoy high speed. The company has installed 5G towers in different parts of the city and is providing 5G services to its customers. Airtel is the first telecom company in India to provide 5G services.
5G is the fifth generation of wireless technology and is the successor to 4G. It is a new wireless standard that is designed to provide faster data speeds, lower latency, and more reliable connections. 5G is expected to provide speeds of up to 1Gbps, which is 10 times faster than 4G.
Airtel is providing 5G services on a trial basis to its customers in select parts of the city. The company is offering 5G plans starting at Rs. 799 per month. Airtel is also offering a free 5G upgrade to its customers who are on its Rs. 999 and Rs. 1,499 plans.
5G is still in its early stages and is not yet available in all parts of the city. Airtel is currently working on expanding its 5G network.
